We have team members based across the UK and we deliver our workshops nationwide (excluding NI). 

What is typically included on our school trips

A PrimeVR day includes: 

- 4-6 workshops for KS2 and above
- A different workshop to suit each class 
- 16 state-of-the-art VR headsets for pupils to share one between two
- Delivered by a qualified teacher or passionate educator
- Follow up lesson plans and worksheets

Group Sizes Catered For

We can work with up to 180 children in a day.

We can deliver up to six workshops throughout the school day with up to 32 children in each class, lasting 30-45 minutes per session.

Materials, Resources & Information Provided

We provide follow up lesson plans and worksheets for each of our workshops. Our lesson plans focus on children completing a piece of creative writing (diaries, stories, information texts, letters etc.) based on what they’ve learnt during their workshop. 

We also provide each child with a PrimeVR boarding card. This is a follow up activity for children to complete a summary of their workshop and explain what they have learnt. These can be taken home to show parents or kept in school books to evidence their experience. 

Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions

Teachers and school staff can take as many pictures and videos as they’d like during their workshop. 

We may also ask to take some pictures/videos during our workshops to use for our social media pages. However, we will ask explicit permission for this and all children involved will have to complete a permission slip. 

Pricing Information

We charge a flat rate for the day and so we encourage up to 180 children to take part.

Our workshops start from as little as £4 per child. This includes all of the resources detailed above as well as all of the VR equipment and a member of our team to facilitate the day.

Clothing Requirements

No clothing requirements. 

First Aid Information

Our team are not first aid trained. 

All of our workshops are delivered on school-site.
