What is typically included on our school trips

We have a private bean bag room for school groups to relax in, this is equipped with a screen to show movies, do Kaboodle quizzes or whatever a teachers need to keep the children occupied. Our staff can provide board games, organize music, whatever you need to keep the children entertained after a long day exploring Newcastle.

Group Sizes Catered For

We have 250 beds and will take groups up to that size.

Photography, Filming & Audio Restrictions

Allowed, as long as other guests are not included in the images/video. Please as staff’s consent before you include them in any images.

Risk Assessment Details

Detailed risk assessment for accommodation and accommodating minors on site.

ID check on arrival to safeguard guests.

Optional audits can be complete if group require.

Pricing Information

For 2024 we are offering beds from £18 a bed mid week, as a new brand we want to offer great value to new partners.

Two teachers at the group rate in private rooms, additional teacher beds will be quoted based upon availability.

Continental breakfast - Enjoy a variety of fresh pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and toast with assorted jams. Served by your choice of fresh juice or tea and coffee. £5.95pppn

Continental & Full English Breakfast - For a heartier option, featuring the continental

buffet alongside an English breakfast. £9.95pppn

Packed Lunches - £6.50pppn

2 Course dinner - Main Course, Dessert, and a soft drink included. £9.50pppn

3 Course dinner - Starter, Main Course, Dessert, and a soft drink included. £12.50pppn

Room Sizes and Facilities

All rooms are ensuite, our dorms range from 4-14 beds, schools generally chose the 4 and 6 bed dorms but we can work with you to choose your ideal bed mix.

We have private rooms for teachers with double and twin beds, all ensuite.
