Parks and Gardens

A school trip to a park or garden can be an inexpensive way to get your class or group out in the fresh air learning about nature, wildlife and the world around them. Some parks and gardens will offer organised, curriculum based activities, environmentally linked sessions and also trips to help you achieve healthy school’s status. A lot of parks and gardens will have playgrounds to let your children run off steam, have fun and bond with each other. Trips to parks and garden can be suitable for all ages, but more so for preschool, key stage one, key stage two and key stage three.
